Dear Spartan Families, 
Time is flying by, and we are finding joy in every moment. Last week was busy with May Crowning, Teacher Appreciation, and SMMAS Sports Teams! We also celebrated the amazing Mr. McCullagh as this year's Golden Apple Teacher Award winner! We are so blessed by the energy, creativity, and dedication he brings to his classroom and our teaching team every day. Congratulations, Mr. McCullagh!

Mary's Altar - Students brought flowers all week to honor our Mother. It was a beautiful, sacred space for our students. Thank you, Mr. Castillo and family!
 
 We celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week with a fun undercover spirit week for staff, a Cinco de Mayo Lunch, and many treats. Thank you to the Perez Family for bringing  Travellin' Tom's Coffee to us! The First Graders led us in a beautiful Mass honoring May Crowning. They sang in the choir, read liturgy, and placed a flower crown on our dear Mother. We are so blessed by the guidance of Mrs. Aguilera, Mrs. Rosato, and Mr. Kent.

Re-enrollment for 2026-2027 for current families is officially underway! Securing your child's place in their classroom allows us to better plan for the upcoming year.
 
All families are encouraged to complete the re-registration process through Gradelink. Use the web-based platform of Gradelink to Re-enroll. Click here to go to the Gradelink website. The School ID is 2311; enter your username and password, and you will be good to go! (Can't find your username and password? Please email the office for your login credentials.)

Spring Sing is next week! 
We are happy to announce that the Holy Name Society will be running the BBQ for the event - please pre-order to secure your meals for the event. All PRE-ORDERS must be placed by 3:00 pm on Monday, May 18th. Click here to complete the order form or scan the QR code on the flyer

PARISH NEWS
1. Graduation Masses - May 17, 2026 (9:30 am and 11:00 am)
We will honor all 2026 graduates (elementary through college) by sharing photos during mass on Sunday, May 17th at 9:30 am and 11 am. You may email photos of your graduates to the parish office at [email protected]and include the graduates' names by Wednesday, May 13th. Congratulations, Class of 2026!
 
2. Veteran's Ministry Pancake Breakfast - May 24th, 2026 (7:30 am - 1:00 pm)
 The Veteran's Ministry will host a pancake breakfast on May 24th. Please plan to stop by after Mass and enjoy a breakfast plate for $12 that includes pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee, and orange juice.
 
Breaking News: The first day of school for the 2026-2027 will be Wednesday. August 26th, 2026.

Coming Soon - Almost Summer Spirit Week! The Student Council is sponsoring a school-wide spirit week during the week of May 25 - 29. After a day off for Memorial Day, students can have some fun each day of the week.
