Absence Reporting Online Form

Please complete the form to notify school of an absence, late drop off or early dismissal for your student. You can complete the form day off or in advance of days absent.

Please complete one form per student.
If you are planning or expect an extended absence, please call the school office to report (310) 326-9494.
If you are requesting homework, please submit absence form with request no later than 10am.
- Homework will be available for pick up after school at dismissal time and will remain available until afternoon daycare closes.
- Homework can also be sent home with a sibling or school friend.
