Dear Spartan Families -
Happy Easter to all! We hope this season of renewal and hope brings continued blessings to you and your loved ones. God is so good! We are thrilled to welcome Titan M.(7th) and Melissa S.(8th) into the Church. Both of these students received their sacraments at the Easter Vigil Mass on Holy Saturday. We are looking forward to watching them grow in God's love. Please keep our 2nd Grade Class in your prayers as they prepare for their First Communion in May.
Our Students Have Talent! Deadline to enter the student talent show is tomorrow, April 15.
The SMMAS Talent Show is scheduled for Friday, April 24th. We are looking forward to seeing the amazing talents of our SMMAS students! Click here for talent show entry form.
Here is the timeline leading up to the event:
- April 15 - Entry forms due at the office
- April 17 - Talent Show Meeting for all performers @ 12:30 pm in Miss Molina's classroom (Miss Molina will review all important details and event guidelines)
- April 22 - Talent Show Rehearsal (8:30 am - 12:30 pm @ Hegarty Hall)
- April 24 - Talent Show for SMMS classes (10 am); Evening presentation @ 6:30 pm*
Have you sent in your RSVP for the Wild West Casino on May 2nd? Don't delay! Sheriff Raad is looking forward to a great crowd at the Hegarty Hall Saloon. Check the blue folders for a paper copy of the flyer and send it in this week. Check out the flyer posted to this page and use Zelle to purchase your tickets.
The donations are starting to come in for our Casino Night Silent Auction! Pickleball anyone? Or is an Oculus Quest 2 VR headset more your vibe? They will be available in the Silent Auction at the Wild West Casino Night, so you will have a chance to bid on them. Some other items we have received: Photography Session & Digital Photos, Mattel Racing Car Set, Mattel Board Games, Starbucks and Panera gift cards, bottles of wine, and Kentucky Bourbon.

Re-enrollment
for 2026-2027 for current families is officially underway! Securing your child's place in their classroom allows us to better plan for the upcoming year. Please log in to your family Gradelink account and select the "Re-Enroll" tab to update your information and select your tuition plan. To finalize registration, please submit the $75 fee to the office.
New for 2026-27:
- Flexible Payment Plans: Choose between a 10-month or 12-month schedule.
- SCRIP Changes: While gift cards will still be available to support the school, SCRIP is no longer a mandatory annual fundraiser.
- Yearbooks Included: To streamline the end of the year, one yearbook per student is now included in the General Fees.
Upcoming School Events
Wild West Casino Night Fundraiser - May 2, 2026
Mark your calendars and find your cowboy hat...it is time for some fun at the Hegarty Hall Saloon!
Here are the event details:
- Tickets: $35 or $60 for 2 tickets
- 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm. **Daycare will be available for $10 per SMMAS family (pizza + snacks)
- Tickets include: BBQ plate, drink ticket, and poker chips to play
- Holy Name to host the playing tables
- Also: DJ, sitting areas, a bar, raffle baskets, balloon/gift card game
- Check out the event flyer in the blue folder - send in your flyer with payment and we will send your tickets through the blue folder.
Wild West Casino Night Updates for Parents

- All Raffle baskets, donation items, auction items must be dropped off no later than April 27th. We need one week to put all the baskets together and see what items we still need.
- Last opportunity to turn in the flyer and pay by cash, check or Zelle is APRIL 29th.
- Tickets will also be sold after the Saturday and Sunday Masses on the weekends of April 18/19 and April 25/26.
- Note: Tickets may be purchased at the door, but BBQ dinner plates are not guaranteed.
Breaking News: The first day of school for the 2026-2027 will be Wednesday. August 26th, 2026.
